I wasn't always in the picture, not until April of 2005, when Phil and I met and started dating. My life changed completely when I met Phil because I had never experienced such a feeling of dependency until that point. I had always been Miss Independent. As I grew to know Phil, with all his quirks and silliness, my desire to help him succeed grew as well. Before I knew it, I had become reeled into and captivated by this new realm of photography, a realm I really knew nothing about. In fact, I had never had much of an interest in it until I watched Phil shoot. He has such an amazing passion for capturing moments that I knew I took so much for granted. As I saw this passion in him, I discovered I was beginning to see the same passion emerge in me.

So now, as a married couple, I'm absolutely loving standing behind my husband as not only his wife, but his business partner and shooting buddy. We get to document God's most beautiful creation: humanity. Whether it be couples in love celebrating one of the most significant days of their life, or a student graduating high school, getting ready to embark on whatever the world has in store for them. I'm learning from my husband, the art of training my eyes. Learning to watch for what the human heart longs to feel: emotion, love, adventure, sentiment and capturing it.

I'm also learning daily, how cool it is that God brings people together two people who are complete opposites yet who compliment one another so greatly. Phil and I have a blast working together. Don't be surprised if you occasionally see us making ridiculous faces at each other or karate chopping in front of each others camera lenses. Were all about having fun and helping each other out. In fact, thats why I'm writing this bio because Phil hates to write! I thought Id help him out with that. Oh, and he also doesn't have a musical bone in his body. So, if its your wedding day, you'll have to help me drag him onto the dance floor because its a riot when you can get him to dance!!

We currently reside in the thriving metropolis of La Salle, IL. Phil is a 2004 graduate of Southern Illinois University's Photography program and Andrea is a 2003 graduate of Northern Illinois University's classical voice music department.
